Cookie policy

17.10.2026.

Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. We distinguish our form cookies from processing by Google reCAPTCHA. A session cookie’s lifetime is not the same as the retention period for a message or request record.

Our form cookies

BKCONTACT maintains and protects contact-form sessions, including protection against unauthorized submissions. It is set for /api/contact.php. BKDOWNLOAD maintains publication-access sessions and is set for /preuzimanje/. Both are session cookies without a separate persistent browser expiry, marked Secure and HttpOnly. BKCONTACT uses SameSite=Strict and BKDOWNLOAD uses SameSite=Lax.

Session cookies are normally removed when the browser session closes, but session restoration may preserve them. Server-side publication access lasts 30 minutes. These cookies are not used for advertising.

Google reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA loads automatically when you open a contact or publication-request form. No separate loading click is required, and technical information may be sent to Google before you submit the form. This does not subscribe you to marketing. To enquire without opening these forms, email kontakt@bogoljubkaric.com directly.

Once loaded, Google may process your IP address, device and browser information, interactions and cookie information to assess automated access. The check uses google.com and gstatic.com; Google identifies _GRECAPTCHA as its risk-analysis cookie. Google-cookie duration and availability depend on the service and browser settings; these are not treated as our session cookies.

Under Google's terms effective from 2 April 2026, Google acts as a processor, rather than an independent controller, of reCAPTCHA customer data. Further information: https://docs.cloud.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq and https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum.

Analytics, advertising and other content

No Google Analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts or automatically loaded YouTube, Facebook or Instagram widgets were found in the reviewed main pages, library, archive, biography and forms. A social-media link is not an embedded widget: when you open an external link, that other website’s rules apply. Videos and images found in the reviewed content load from this website itself.

If optional analytics, advertising or other optional technologies are introduced later, they will not be enabled without the visitor’s appropriate prior choice.

Your choices and assistance

You can manage and delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking session cookies may prevent form submission or publication access. Deleting cookies does not automatically delete a message or request record already received by the server. For help or if you do not wish to use the Google check, email kontakt@bogoljubkaric.com; to exercise your data rights, contact kf@karicfoundation.com.
